The Level 2 swimming coaching course builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1 by introducing more advanced coaching strategies, techniques, and training methodologies. Coaches will expand their understanding through a deeper exploration of swim performance analysis, stroke mechanics, and training principles.
